Timesheet Request Update

End of the school year will be upon us faster than you know it and we want to make sure everyone get the hours they earned. To ensure this, we have a Google Form that volunteers can fill out to get timesheets emailed to them.

To fill out this form you will need the following:

• An email (that you check frequently)

• The name of the school you attend

• Your TimeClock Quick Log-in # (found in your profile on TimeClock Wizard)

• First hour entry

• Last hour entry

• Total Hours

Hours are due March 1st for LMHS students, that means we have to work quickly to get our hour reports to you in an efficient manner. Please fill out the request form attached so we know who needs a timesheet. This Google Form is due NO LATER THAN FEBUARY 21ST AT 11AM! We want to make sure all your hours get counted and everyone gets what they earned.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR HOURS TO YOUR SCHOOL BEFORE THE DEADLINE! COMMUNICATE WITH US IF YOU HAVE AN EARILER DUE DATE THEN WHAT WE HAVE. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT GET YOUR HOURS TURNED IN!
